Immaculate Conception welcomes former seminarian Fr. Seth Keller to preach at this weekend’s Mass – 11 a.m. Sunday, June 21. Keller, who received his priestly ordination last week, will be in attendance for his Mass of Thanksgiving for Priestly Vocation. Keller served as a seminarian at Immaculate Conception for a summer assignment in 2015.

Deacon Jacob Stinnett, a son of the parish, received his Call to Orders from Bishop Brennan on June 12 and was ordained as a transitional deacon. Stinnett’s First Mass of Preaching is scheduled for the 8:30 and 11 a.m. Masses on June 14 at Immaculate Conception. All members of the parish are invited to come. 

On Saturday, June 13 at 10 a.m., Bishop Robert Brennan will ordain three transitional deacons to the priesthood: Deacon Seth Keller, Deacon Michael Fulton and Deacon Frank Brown. Deacon Seth (pictured above) and Deacon Michael were assigned to Immaculate Conception for one of their summer placements. May the love of the Lord be with them always.

Holy Water is a sacramental, an object of prayer, or devotion that is meant to bring us closer to God! As part of our efforts to keep our worship space safe, Holy Water fonts in the church are not filled at this time. Next weekend, June 6 & 7 is Trinity Sunday and parishioners at home and in the church
