Join Greater Columbus Right to Life for a discussion that will help you understand the foundations of making decisions at end of life that conform with our Catholic Faith. The presentation will also include information about the Faithful at the End of Life pro-life health care power of attorney and advanced medical directive form, which is a helpful resource for those wishing to adopt a pro-life HCPOA form.
There is no cost to attend the program, which will last about an hour and ten minutes with additional time to ask questions.
This program is geared toward all adults, regardless of age, marital, or health status. Every adult over the age of 18 should have a Health Care Power of Attorney and understand how it is used.
